Common Electrical Work in White Rock

Older homes. Many White Rock homes were built decades ago, with wiring and panels sized for a very different way of living. We assess what's there, explain your options clearly and bring the system up to current code.

Panel and service upgrades, from $6,000 + GST. Adding an EV charger, a hot tub, a renovation or new appliances often means your existing panel can't keep up. We handle the upgrade from planning through Technical Safety BC permit and inspection.

EV chargers. We install Level 2 home EV chargers and confirm your panel can carry the load. Eligible homeowners may qualify for the BC Hydro $350 home EV charger rebate, and we'll let you know what the installation needs to qualify.

Hot tub hookups, from $1,700 + GST. A dedicated, properly protected circuit for your new or replacement hot tub, installed to code.

Repairs and service calls, $600 + GST for up to 3 hours on site. Dead outlets, flickering lights, tripping breakers, new fixtures and troubleshooting. One clear rate covers up to three hours of a licensed electrician's time at your home.

Trusted by the City of White Rock

Our White Rock experience goes beyond residential work.

White Rock Library LED Lighting Upgrade. We partnered with the City of White Rock on a full retrofit of the library's lighting. We assessed the existing system, installed high-efficiency LED fixtures across general, reading and staff task areas, and completed circuit load testing and code compliance checks. Work was scheduled outside peak hours to keep the library running for staff and visitors.

Temporary Warming Shelter Electrical Connection. When the City opened a temporary warming shelter for people in need during the colder months, we connected the facility to the City's power supply. The work covered site assessment, temporary power distribution, the panel connection, wiring and grounding, load testing, and permits and inspections through Technical Safety BC, all coordinated with City officials and other contractors so the shelter could open on schedule.
