At It's On Electric, we believe in transparent, straightforward pricing. Our standard residential and light commercial electrical service calls are provided at a flat rate, so you know the cost of your service visit before you book.

Our standard electrical service call is $600 and includes up to three hours of on-site labour, along with travel and service vehicle costs. Parts and materials are additional.

 

Each service call includes:

• Up to 3 hours of on-site labour

• Travel to and from the job site

• Licensed electrician and fully equipped service vehicle

• Electrical troubleshooting and diagnostics

• Minor repairs and installations that can be completed within the service-call period

• Detailed invoice summary of work completed

• Professional liability and WorksafeBC coverage

 

This flat fee structure ensures you know exactly what to expect before we arrive — providing fair, consistent pricing and professional service every time. 

 

Booking Deposit:  A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your service-call appointment. The remaining balance, plus any applicable parts, materials or additional labour, is due upon completion.

Additional Labour, Parts & Other Costs

Some electrical work may require additional time, materials, permits or specialized equipment. Where additional costs are required, we'll discuss them with you before proceeding.​

Possible additional charges may include:

• Additional labor beyond the included 3 hours: $150/hour

• After-hours or weekend rates: billed at 1.5× the regular rate

• Parts and materials are additional

• Permit and inspection fees, where required, are additional

• Larger projects: Budge pricing may be available for larger electrical projects.  Please contact us to discuss the scope of work.​
